The C8K WELLINGTON ROAD will be closed between its junction with Cove Road and the Gateway Business Park from Monday the 6th of May, 2013, for approximately three weeks. Access to the business park will be maintained from the south. An alternative route is available via the A956 Wellington Road, A90 Stonehaven Road, and Marywell. The restrictions are for public safety during works to install a foul water pumping main and water main for a new housing development at Cairnrobin.

WESTBURN CRESCENT: closed from its south junction with Westburn Drive to a point ten metres south of the south gable end of No. 2 Westburn Crescent.
The existing prohibition of waiting on Westburn rive will be suspended for 25 metres between the north and south junctions of Westburn Crescent with Westburn Drive.
The created paring space will operate Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 4pm for residents parking permit holders only, and be available for public use outside of these times.
An alternative route shall be available via Westburn Drive.
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during development works.

SOUTH LOIRSTON ROAD: closed, and access prohibited for pedestrians between its junction with the A956 Wellington Road and the T junction 150m south east of the South Loirston Road/Wellington Road junction. The prohibition of access for pedestrians will only be implemented for short periods when it is not safe for pedestrians to pass the works.

Kingswells Park & Ride access road: Closed between its junction with the A944 and the lower car park approximately 150 metres north of the junction. Access to the Park & Ride will be maintained from the C89C Chapel of Stoneywood – Fairley road, and egress from the Park & Ride will be via the upper car park near the bus terminal. Construction vehicles associated with the Prime Four development will be permitted to use the access road to exit only on to the A944 Skene Road.

CROMBIE ROAD, Aberdeen, will be closed between 4pm and 7pm from Mondays to Fridays, and from 10am to noon on Saturdays, from 9 July 2012 for up to one year, between its junctions with Mansefield Road and Crombie Place. An alternative route will be available via Crombie Place, Sinclair Road, Mansefield Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting within the area of closure during this time. The restrictions are necessary for public safety during craneage works at the Aiken Group building, and vehicles engaged in such activity will be exempt from the above restrictions.
