LOCH STREET: one-way restriction of traffic Only southbound traffic will be permitted between Loch Street’s junction with St Andrew Street and the access to the Tiso’s car park. At the same time, there will be a prohibition of waiting on the east side of Loch Street, between its junctions with Berry Street and John Street. An alternative route shall be available via St Andrew Street, George Street, John Street.
