Description

There will be a prohibition of waiting at any time on the west side of the HARDGATE from the extended south kerbline of Justice Mill Lane southwards for a distance of 13 metres, and from a point 25 metres south of the extended south kerbline of Justice Mill Lane southwards for a distance of 40 metres including the returns at the accesses. There will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on the south side of JUSTICE MILL LANE from the extended west kerbline of Hardgate westwards for a distance of 42 metres, and on the south side from a point 56 metres west of the extended west kerbline of Hardgate westwards and southwards for a distance of 18 metres, and also on the south side from a point 109 metres west of the extended west kerbline of Hardgate westwards and southwards for a distance of 23 metres including returns at the access. There will be prohibition of waiting between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Saturday, on the south side of JUSTICE MILL LANE from a point 74 metres west of the extended west kerbline of Hardgate westwards for a distance of 35 metres. The south side of JUSTICE MILL LANE from a point 42 metres west of the extended west kerbline of Hardgate westwards for a distance of 14 metres will be for the exclusive use of Disabled Blue Badge holders only. The measures are necessary to protect public safety and ease traffic congestion.
