JOPPS LANE: prohibition of driving between the access to the Tiso’s car park and the access to the car park to the rear of 77 to 83 Loch Street. The one-way restriction on Jopps Lane will be temporarily suspended between John Street and St Andrew Street. No left turn will be permitted from Jopps Lane into St Andrew Street. Access to businesses and car parks will be maintained. An alternative route shall be available via St Andrew Street, George Street, John Street. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during crane works
