The effect of the order, which will operate 18:30 on 5 February, 2016, until 18:30 on 31 March, 2016, is to impose a prohibition of driving on the following roads; Pennan Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Coningham Terrace and a point 10 metres in a Westerly direction, Meadow Lane, Aberdeen, between its junction with Gordon's Mills Road and a point 10 metres in an Easterly direction, Coningham Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Tillydrone Avenue and Tillydrone Terrace, Meadow Place, Aberdeen, between its southern junction with Gordon's Mills Road and the boundary between numbers 14 and 15 Meadow Place.
